About D1S Sports basketball skills training

At D1S Sports, our mission is to provide high-quality fundamental basketball skills training and education to the next generation.  We work individually and in groups to push every athlete to be their best.

Fundamentals is the key to success.  We focus on building skills while teaching the why behind the lesson.  Every child may develop at a different pace, but the kids who achieve the most success are consistent with the work they are putting in the gym.  Kids who see the most improvement all have one thing in common - they stay consistent in going to training.  

Our gym is set up to maximize the time in the gym.  We have 2 shooting machines that are utilized during group and individual workouts.  We have a focus on strength and conditioning during the skill development process with stationary bikes, tires, cones, vertimax, boxing and a rebounding machine.
